Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to your downloadable files through your order confirmation page and/or email. No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
