Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to: digital journals, devotionals, Bible study guides, printable planners, workbooks, eBooks, scripture cards, digital templates, and downloadable resources.
If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We'll be happy to help ensure you receive your files.
Merchandise
We want you to love your purchase. If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the item, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Eligible solutions may include: replacement item, exchange, or refund (when applicable).
Returns
To be eligible for a return: items must be unused and in their original condition, items must be returned in their original packaging, and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: digital downloads, personalized or customized products, gift cards, and clearance or final sale items.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
